Amanda Eve was born and raised in Queens, N.Y. She moved to Miami about three years ago with her husband and three young children. Amanda has been dancing professionally for the past 10 years. She has danced as a Knicks City Dancer for a total of four seasons and coached the Knicks City Kids for one season. She has previously danced on other teams such as the NY Jets (NFL) and the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA). Amanda attended the Professional Performing Arts High School in Manhattan where she trained with the Alvin Ailey School. She has been featured in music videos with artists such as Pit-bull, Eve and Remy Ma. Amanda performed with Jason Derulo and Flo-Rida, and had the opportunity to dance at the 2012 and 2015 NBA All Star Games. Amanda has a passion for teaching and can instruct on a wide range of dance styles and techniques to all experience levels, including children with special needs and/or learning disabilities. Amanda has also been a Barre/Fitness instructor to Adults for 7+ years and is a highly trained with multiple levels of barre technique. Her class is enjoyable and energetic, to say the least. It will keep you dancing throughout the day, every day!
