Sydney Young

Sydney began her yoga practice after living in Thailand and becoming deeply inspired by the culture of Southeast Asia. She went on to complete her 200 hour certification in Costa Rica in 2023. She believes that the beauty of yoga is in the path to finding yourself through your practice. There is always more to learn both mentally and physically, and Sydney finds joy in guiding others on their yoga journey. This past year, Sydney completed her reformer Pilates training. She believes the perfect combination for your body is yoga and pilates and loves to blend both together for unique flows.
