The ConfiDance Mission

Dance is a fun way to shift energy! While lessons will include mastering dance techniques and new choreography, there is also a focus on aligning thoughts, breath, energy, and movement in a healthy way. Kristin’s background in both dance and education has shown her the importance of fostering the connection between mind and body at an early age. ConfiDance's signature lesson format layers building confidence and self-esteem via movement and affirming.

Positive affirmations are a tool ConfiDance infuses into all lessons so that children may learn how to speak to themselves kindly and boost their own confidence. This skill will serve them not only in dance but in all areas of life.

Kristin has carefully curated a team of instructors who embody the ConfiDance method. Kristin and her team teach this unique method, which encourages children to feel empowered by self-love and confidence while learning how to connect their mind and body to dance.
