Sound Bath Experience with Breathwork & Visualizations
Get ready to enter a theta state as you unwind, relax & prepare to bathe in the sounds and vibrations produced from the magical instruments. Through these sounds & vibrations, you’ll transition into your parasympathetic nervous system as your mind enters a meditative & relaxed state, bringing about healing at mental, emotional & physical levels. Sound therapy is known to have numerous healing benefits & effects on the mind & body. You’ll start with mild breath work & visualization to unwind and center as we go deeper into our chakras. You’ll soak up the vibrations of this sound therapy, balancing our energy, chakras & physical body.
Holotropic Breathwork
Cathartic style breathwork done with conscious, continuous, open mouth breaths into your belly & heart space. It’s through the breath that we allow our suppressed emotions & past traumas to come to the surface to be realized. Yes. By utilizing something as simple & natural as your own breath, you can begin to release what’s not serving your higher self. This work, done with your breath, can be healing and transformative.
Magical Moon Ceremonies: Step into the magic of the moon.
These sessions are a soulful and powerful fusion of ritual, intention, and deep healing. Aligned with the energy of the new or full moon, you’ll be guided through sacred practices; journaling, visualization, breath work, designed to help you release what no longer serves you while calling in what your soul truly desires.
Then, get ready to fully let go as you sink into the soothing sounds of bowls, chimes, and other magical instruments. You’ll enter a theta state, where deep relaxation and healing begin. These powerful sound vibrations guide your nervous system into a calm, restorative place, helping to balance your energy, chakras, and physical body.

What to bring/wear:
For all of the above, you want to dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothing, have a mat, cushion/pillow/blanket, water, notebook & pen for the breathwork session.
