Analese grew up in Chicago, IL. She started dancing competitively at the age of 12 and went on to be on the dance team of her high school all 4 years. She earned a state champion title as captain of her team in 2017. Throughout college, she continued to go back to her alma mater during the summers as a coach and choreographer, and became a full-time coach for 4 years after graduating. She is trained in lyrical, contemporary, pom, jazz, acro and hip hop.

Aside from dance, Analese is a pediatric developmental therapist and works directly with 0-3 year olds with delays. She specializes in gross motor, fine motor, and cognitive delays.

Analese moved to Miami in 2025 and is so excited to continue her passion for dance with Confidance!
