Lessons for students 5 years old and younger are 45 minutes. Lessons for students 6 and older are an hour long.
What you’ll need…
Dance attire
Comfort is important! There is no wrong answer as long as you can move. Some examples of great dance attire are t-shirts, leggings, tanks, sweatpants, and sneakers. We encourage students to dress as colorful as they feel; as their individuality is encouraged.
Water
Hydration is so important and a great habit to begin building. Each student should have their own water available.
Hair ties
Because a distracted student is an inefficient student.
A good attitude
Not required but always appreciated. 😊
Acro Dance
If you are booked for ACRO and/or ACRO DANCE, you need provide YOUR OWN mats, as mats with CDK instructors will NOT be provided for you. Recommendations & suggestions can be provided for you. Please DM Kristin in the app with any questions.
