Bailey Rollins

I am stronger than any challenge that comes my way.

Bailey Rollins, a Nashville native, has been immersed in the dance world since she was 4. She has trained in various environments, from growing up in a studio to performing and competing with a high school team, to continuing her training in college with the University of Memphis Pom Team. At the age of 18, she began her college career, getting a bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sport, and Movement Sciences while pursuing her love for dance. She competed at UDA Nationals in Gameday, Hip-Hop, and Pom all 4 years of her college career. After years of performing and competing, Bailey found a passion for sharing her knowledge with others, which led her into teaching and choreography. She brings fun and vibrant energy to every session and continues to strive to share her passion with the next generation. Alongside teaching, she is now getting her Master of Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has a strong desire and passion to excel in anything that is placed in front of her, and is extremely excited to embark on a new journey and bring positivity to young dancers. Being a part of the ConfiDance team is such an amazing opportunity for Bailey to inspire and be inspired by young dancers.
