Celia is a bilingual professional dancer, singer, and instructor based in New York City. She trained in musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and Steps on Broadway, with a strong foundation in theatre jazz, hip-hop, ballet, tap, and street styles.

Celia has been teaching dance since age 19 and has extensive experience working with children ages 3–16 in both group classes and private lessons. She is passionate about creating a positive, high-energy environment that builds confidence, musicality, and strong technique while fostering a genuine love of dance..
