Katie began dancing in Metro Detroit before moving to New York City to pursue a professional dance career. At 18, she was selected from the Radio City Rockettes open call and has since performed over 500 shows at Radio City Music Hall, including appearances in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and features on Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, Forbes, and the New York Post. She was also second runner-up and talent winner at Miss Michigan 2018 through the Miss America Scholarship Program.

In addition to performing, Katie teaches, adjudicates, choreographs, and freelances nationwide. She has taught for Broadway Dance Center’s CTP, Western Oregon University, and Eisenhower Dance Ensemble.
